- How do I create an account?

Click on the Join button, answer some questions, agree to the Terms of Service,
and BINGO!
- Does RockStar Recruiting take a "cut" of my deal?

No. We bring everyone together. You work out the deal.
- How long does it take for my postings to show up?
-
It can show up faster than you can say RockStar Recruiting, but it usually takes
between 15 to 30 minutes.
- I just created an account and can't login. What should I do?
-
You will need to check your email address that you just registered with, and click
on the link to confirm you are who you say you are. If you do not see the email
in your email inbox, please check your spam/bulk mail folders, it might be hiding
in there.
- I forgot my email address I used to register?

Please visit the CONTACT US page, and send us a request to reset your account. You
will be contacted by one of our support staff. If we are not able to reset your
account, you will have to start from scratch.
- How do I update my profile, add/remove information or delete my account?

Login Click on "My Info" Then make your changes.
- I'm having problems uploading my picture, what's wrong?

Your file needs to be either a Jpeg, Gif or Bitmap image. Make sure that you are
using the correct file type. Or, your picture might be too large. Reduce the size,
and try uploading it again.
- How do other RockStar Recruiting members contact me?

Through our internal RockStar Recruiting message system. Also, an email will be
sent to the email address that you registered with us.
- Who sees my profile, and who can contact me through RockStar Recruiting?

Your profile can be seen by other RockStar Recruiting members. Member WILL NOT
see your address, phone number or email address. Registered members will only
be able to reach out to you through our internal email system, and will not be
able to contact you any other way, UNLESS you decided to release that information
to them.
- How do I report spam or abuse by another member?

RockStar Recruiting takes spam and abuse very seriously. Please report any spamming,
unethical content or any suspicious behavior immediately.
- I’m not in the U.S.A. can I still sign register?

At this time, RockStar Recruiting is for users in the United States.
Real Candidates
- How do I showcase a Real Candidate?

It’s Real Simple! Login. Click on either the Dashboard or Candidates
tab, and choose Showcase a Candidate.
- How do I edit or deactivate a showcased candidate?

Login. Click on the Candidates tab. Next to your candidate is an Edit
link. Click it. When you have finished hit OK or Save,
- Someone is showcasing the same candidate as me.

Real Orders
- How do I post a Real Order?

It’s Real Simple! Login. Click on either the Dashboard or Orders tab,
and choose Post a New Order.
- How do I edit or deactivate a Posted Order?
- Login. Click on the Candidates tab. Next to your candidate is an Edit
link. Click it. When you have finished hit OK or Save, Login. Click on
the Orders tab. Next to your order is an Edit link. Click it. When you
have finished hit OK or Save.
- Someone is posting the same order as me.

Job Seekers
- I'm a job seeker; can I post my resumes on RockStar Recruiting?

RockStar Recruiting is targeted to Recruiters, Human Resources, and Hiring Professionals.
At this time, we do not see a need for job seekers to post their resumes with us.
Let's leave that up to the big job boards for now.
